Sunday we decided to go hiking with Chris & Jane. We went to Timpanogos Cave. It was so much fun but it is a mile and a half up, then you walk the whole tour and then a mile and a half down. It kicks your butt. Me and Matt are trying to become out door people. Last week we went on a 2 mile bike ride down a mountain. Here are some pics of the Timanogos hike:

This is the spider that crossed our path. It was funny to seen Matt's face.
They tell you not to touch anything with your hands so Chris used his tongue.
The stalactites are cool. It is so dark it is hard to get a good picture.

Pretty! Matthew isn't much of a 'let's go ride bikes through the canyon' type of guy but I would love it if he was! That looks like so much fun though!! Good for you guys :>
It was a way fun hike but it did kick our butts. Hopefully, the next time you take my picture I won't look so fat. :o)
We can all be outdoorsy people when you live by us. Hurray for getting in shape and hiking up the worst trail ever!
